Our incubation economics are held in common stock-the exact same share class that you and your cofounders hold, fully aligned with your team. We build alongside you, not above you. Unlike most founder programs that take their full economics in investor-friendly preferred shares, our split structure keeps us on more appropriate footing with founders.

Early allocations start at $100K for a solo founder or $200K for a cofounding team, with the balance topped up to $600K as you demonstrate early traction. For teams at the right stage, we can deploy the full $600K immediately.
