Office Maintenance

Keep shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. Tidy conference rooms between meetings, ensure common areas are presentable, and address any facility issues as they arise.

Supply Management

Supply Management

Monitor and restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages. Anticipate needs before they become problems.

Mail & Deliveries

Mail & Deliveries

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. Coordinate outgoing shipments as needed.

Founder Support

Founder Support

Assist founders and team members with day-to-day office needs, from setting up meeting rooms to troubleshooting basic equipment issues.

Facilities Coordination

Facilities Coordination

Ensure everything works—printers, coffee machines, AV equipment, and other shared resources. Escalate maintenance issues when necessary.

Workspace Security

Workspace Security

Help maintain a secure environment by monitoring access, ensuring doors are locked after hours, and following security protocols to protect our founders, team, and visitors.

Community Event Support

Community Event Support

Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistics for technical talks, founder events, and community programming. Help ensure events run smoothly and guests feel welcome.
